Returns & exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order from se.norskenskincare.com. If something doesn’t feel right, you have up to 14 days from the day you receive your package to send items back. Just remember:

  • Return shipping is paid by you

  • Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging

To get started, email us at info@rimea.se with your order number, the products you’d like to return, and the total amount you paid (incl. VAT). Once we’ve safely received your return, we’ll refund your payment (including VAT and the original shipping, but not the return postage) within 14 days.


Your right to cancel

By Swedish law (Distance Contracts Act), you also have the right to cancel within 14 days from when you receive your order. To do this, the items need to be unopened and in their original packaging. Please note: the delivery fee may be deducted from your refund, and the return postage is your responsibility.


Complaints & faulty items

If your order is incorrect or the product is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible after you discover the issue. In these cases, Rimea AB covers the return shipping.


How to return

  1. Contact us at info@rimea.se with your full name, order number, and details of the items you want to send back.

  2. Pack the items carefully so they won't get damaged on the way.

Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll refund you within 14 days. Refunds are processed via Klarna to the same card you used, and may take up to 14 days.


Uncollected packages

If a package isn’t picked up, a fee of 165 SEK will be charged to cover return freight, packing, and handling. Please note that uncollected parcels aren’t covered by the right of withdrawal or return under the Swedish Digital Commerce Association’s rules.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
