We offer free shipping on all orders placed at se.norskenskincare.com within Sweden. If you are ordering from abroad, you will be redirected to nor sken’s global website, where delivery and shipping are managed. Additional shipping or customs fees may apply.

All deliveries within Sweden are handeld by PostNord.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and verification. Processing times may vary depending on demand and product availability. Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order updates
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, along with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Changes to orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order.

Incorrect adresses
