To ensure your order is delivered correctly and within the estimated delivery time, it is important that you provide the correct address details when placing your order. Please make sure to use accurate abbreviations, street numbers, and building or apartment numbers. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if incomplete or incorrect information was provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders placed at se.norskenskincare.com within Sweden. If you are ordering from within EU, your shipping fee will be fixed at €10.

Delivery Time

All shipments are sent with PostNord.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (handling time).
  
• Delivery time is normally 1–2 business days after dispatch within Sweden, and up to 5 business days within the EU.
  

Please note that we do not pack or ship orders during weekends or public holidays.

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Large Deliveries
For larger shipments (high volumes), alternative shipping methods may apply, and an additional shipping fee may be charged. Please contact us in advance at info@rimea.se if you have questions regarding larger deliveries.

Changes to orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order.

Incorrect adresses
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, we assume no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.

If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Lost or stolen packages
We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders.
